Our background
Reliance Catering Maintenance Pty Ltd was established by Girish Patel, an Industrial Technician and Electrician with more than 15 years of working experience in the electrical industry. Girish was the owner-operator of an electrical maintenance company with three employees for nearly a decade, before he moved to Australia and started working as a service technician in catering equipment repair in 2009.
In this job, Girish built up expert knowledge and experience in repairing, installing and commissioning all types of commercial gas ovens and other commercial kitchen cooking equipment. Meanwhile, he successfully completed a two-and-a-half year course in Electrotechnology at TAFE.
In 2013, Girish decided to start his own company and within months, it was clear from customers’ responses, good word-of-mouth and a growing number of service calls that the business was a success.
